A Preschool Thanksgiving Cook Book

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, the children have put together a book of recipes that you'll love! Let's take a look:


Mashed potatoes by Silas

Ingredients:
1 potatoes
2 tsp salt
3 tsp pepper
cream

Put some salt on a potato. Put it in water and cook it. Wait 20 minutes. Now it’s done.

Cranberry Sauce by Hudson

Ingredients:
Cranberries
Spices
Water

Put the cranberries in water. Cook it for 5 minutes. Pour in the spices and stir it up. 

Green beans by Sean

Ingredients
10 Green beans
5 tsp salt
ice

Put the green beans in a pan. Cook it for 1 minute. Pour on the salt and ice. All done.

Thanksgiving Pie by Lorelai

Ingredients:
lots of berries
pumpkins
brussel sprouts
pie crust

Cut up the pumpkins with cookie cutters. Put them in a pie crust with the berries and brussel sprouts. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Thanksgiving Cake with Frosting by Ololara

Ingredients
flour
eggs
frosting
berries
chocolate chips
marshmallows
cookies
sprinkles

Put the flour in a bowl. Stir in the eggs. Put in the frosting. Stir in the chocolate candy. Cook it for an hour. Sprinkle with sprinkles, marshmallows, berries, and cookies.

Chocolate Chip Cookies by Ozzy

Ingredients
flour
butter
chocolate chips

Mix the flour and butter up. Add the chocolate chips in. Mix the flour and butter in a mixer and mix with a spoon the chocolate into the flour and butter. Scoop it up with a spoon and put it on cookie sheet. Cook it for ten minutes. Wait for it to cool down and eat it.

Turkey
Cheese
Butter
Salt 
Pepper
Bread

Stuffing by Reece

Ingredients
ice cream 
strawberries
noodles
oranges

Put all the stuff in a big bowl. Mix ‘em with a mixer or with a blender. Cook it on the stove top for 5 hours.

Warm turkey sauce
Salt

Put the turkey on a pan with the turkey sauce in it. Cook it in the oven for 100 hours--it’ll take the whole night. I’m kiddin’, it’s 10 minutes. Put the salt and pepper on it. Eat it!


Chocolate Chip Cookies with M&Ms on Them by Evan

Ingredients
Chocolate chips
M&Ms
Frosting
Pudding
Vinegar
Flour
1 Egg
Oil
Cookie Mix

Put the flour and vinegar in a bowl with the egg and oil. Mix it up with a mixer. One is a regular mixer and one is a boingy mixer. Use the regular one for this recipe. Put the pudding and frosting in it. Add some chocolate chips and M&Ms. Put them onto a cookie sheet and put them in the oven to cook them for 20 minutes and then you can take them out and then you can eat them. Then you have to make some more.
